Aluwave AB is an innovative Swedish company that designs and supplies intelligent modules and lighting systems based on LED (Light Emitting Diode) technology. The foundation of Aluwave is based on the unique substrate system called Alunat™. Alunat™ is a metal core printed circuit board optimized for LED technology as it, better than other solutions, takes the heat away from the temperature sensitive LED components.

We offer very short time to market as our design library is extensive with functions and features from a number of various demanding industries. Most of the customers are in the field of LED-lamps and can be found in the automotive, design, general, medical, sports and work light industry.

We know thermal management - Alunat™

Alunat™ is a printed circuit board material designed for use with LED-technology. It has a ceramic dielectric layer with high thermal conductivity yet electrically isolating. Alunat™ is developed by Aluwave and can reduce the operating temperature of sensitive electrical components such as LEDs. Alunat™ has been developed and adapted in close cooperation with key customers.

The main benefits of Alunat™ are enhanced technical performance, reduced power consumption, increased reliability and service life and simplified design with reductions in assembly and component cost.

We design and deliver LED-modules - Aluwave Light Engines

Aluwave has developed a generic light engine, Aluwave Light Engine, which is easily customized to meet your requirements in terms functionality set and board geometry. It is built on Alunat™ for optimum performance.

Aluwave Light Engines are today used in several different segments of lighting with strict requirements on high flux output, long service life, color rendering and color stability.

Corporate LED-lighting systems- Aluwave Lighting Architecture

The Aluwave Lighting Architecture provides a standardized way of building lighting systems targeting medium to high volumes. The solution is specially suited for companies wanting to develop a corporate standard when off the shelf products are not efficient enough in terms of price, performance or size.

It is built on proven designs where each component is optimized for the price and performance requirements.
